3/6 update
We are finally in March and this past week has been a bumpy road. I lost my document with an article about law of attraction, luckily the rest of my articles are on physical paper. I have finished my article for the mental health aspects of dance. My partner is working on the format of the magazine on canva and is writing the article on the law of attraction and i am writing the other articles to put inside. I now have to write 3 more articles that we will include in our magazine. We are including the law of attraction, music vs mood, how dance affects peoples mood positively and negatively, and how school affects mental health of students. All of these articles are around the same idea of mental health.
The law of attraction
-The law of attraction is basically manifestation and the belief of how an outlook of a situation changes it for the better. For example, if you look on your situation positively it will get better and help mental health.
Music vs Mood
-Music vs mood is how music can affect a persons mood. For example, I love certain music styles like pop and that will increase my mood while a different style that i do not like may decrease my mood. Music can also help peoples mental health as it changes their views on the world and happiness levels.
DANCE DANCE DANCE
-I have finished my articles on dance as two of which have been shown on this blog. Every emotion in dance and every exertion and sacrifice is what makes dance so beautiful, but it is also what makes it so painful.
Schools affect on mental health
-School is daily and therefore very hard to maintain. As teenagers we have so many things going on in our lives. I myself am an officer of two clubs and running for more, on a travel volleyball team, volunteer at my church 2x a week, and i am in 5 college classes all as a sophomore in highschool. This is all so many responsibilities so school can heavily take a toll on my mental health. In this article i share other peoples experiences with mental health on school and statistics of a survey from my school. It is a meaningful article raising awareness on mental health in schools. This will all be in an interview format.
