February 22nd update

 I wrote another piece for our article. Dance is the soul of the brain and our soul needs nourishing. The point of this piece is to go on the contrary of how dance is harmful but instead to show how it can actually help mental health. Dance can be very calming when it is used correctly. Overall dance can be good for the mind, body, and soul. 

-we are going to do a photo shoot with our friends who are dancers with pictures like these
