4/11 update
Hi! Today was a very successful day! I started the day with cake at 7 AM because it’s my brothers birthday so that struck an extra pep in my step. This pep in my step set me on fire to write a whole piece of the article on how dance effects stress levels, the scientific aspect of it, and then how different types of dance effect emotions. I personally love this piece so much because I can relate to it a lot since I’ve done all 5 of these styles of dance!
